The estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days after the payment of the carpet is received. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. Email us at [email protected] if you don’t receive your order within 15 business days.

Custom order: For a custom rug, the delivery timeline depends on the making time. The making time depends on the number of knots per inch, and size of the rug. Carpetlive team will guide you with an estimated delivery time at the time of placing the Custom Order.

International Shipping: 

For carpets in stock, it will take 2-3 weeks after payment is received.

For a custom order, Carpetlive team will assist you with delivery time depending on size, quality of the rug.

Returns

• The carpet will be delivered within 4-7 days from the time you place an order.
• You can exchange the carpet within 5 days of delivery. We will get the carpet picked up on your behalf from your home at a mutually decided time.
• The carpet must be in its return packaging.
• Once received, we will go through a quality check. If the carpet is in the same condition, we will initiate the exchange process immediately.
